Merry Christmas, Everyone

At the end of another year and close to the end of my 94th year on this planet, I'm still in perfect health, physically fit and happy, with only a marginal mental slowdown. Incredible at my age, isn't it?

Meet My Daughter-in-Law, Lynne Graves Hammond

Since I'm a happy 93-year-old guy in perfect health, I probably should be dispensing suggestions or ideas for healthy aging but I'm not in this blogor maybe I am if being loved and pampered by a daughter-in-law like mine has a positive effect on the health of an old fellow like me. I believe that it does, and if true, it might suggest that a father should (selfishly) be proactive in the choice of the right bride for his son.

In Lynne's case, no action on my part was needed as her husband, my son Mac, inherited his father's good judgment with respect to choosing the right bride.

It's a good feeling being in

It's a good feeling being in good health and taking care of your body, eating properly exercising when possibly etc. I think ordering discount vitamins online is easier than going to the store it's cheaper and convenient.
