You know caregiving takes a toll emotionally, but it can also cost you your physical health. A new study shows that participating in an ongoing counseling and support program not only improves caregivers' mental and emotional health but their physical health, too. In fact, researchers believe simply knowing support is available—even if it's not always used—helps caregivers take better care of themselves.
