Connie’s Scalloped Potatoes a la Cheese
This rich and cheesy side dish can be served alongside any barbecued meats or veggies.

Dave’s Gourmet Jalapeño BBQ Sauce
Premium barbecue sauce is the base for this semi-homemade grilling staple.
Grilled Vegetable Medley
Toss these veggies on the grill using a grill pan or basket. Add some extra flavor with fresh herbs or dry rub, substituted for salt and pepper.
Preparation time: 35 minutes
Cooking time: 60 minutes
Ingredients:
5 pounds potatoes
1 small onion (optional)
¼ pound white cheddar
¼ pound yellow cheddar
2 tablespoons flour
16 ounces whole milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375°.
Peel and thinly slice potatoes and onions. Grease casserole dish and layer potatoes and onions to within one inch of the top. Grate cheese, and place on top of layers.
Mix flour, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over the top of the potato mixture. Bake for 1 hour.
Makes 15 servings as a side dish.
